We recommend arriving on Sunday (as it is easier to navigate your arrival into the country), but we can customize dates to help you find good flights. Fridays and Saturdays are bad days to try and navigate Mexico City.
Avoid rush hour. Late arrivals and very early departures may require a night in the city – which we highly recommend! CDMX is an amazing city.

• Please advise us early and clearly on any dietary issues, allergies and/or restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we are limited by what we can get locally.
• Breakfasts consist of a variety of hot and/or cold offerings, varied daily, along with coffee, tea and/or juice.
• Dinners will be out at local eateries or markets (not included) when we are not having family meals or special BBQ events.
• Lunches (not included) Will be grabbed where convenient, or may be offered prepared for a fixed price on some days.
• Casa cocktail (one per day offered at Casa only) is often a hand-made margarita, rum-chata, gin smashes or some other mixed treat. These are not your usual complimentary cocktails… these (infamous) drinks are hand made by your host and offered in a “grande” size! We will alternate with beer days, you cna grab one from our fridge.
• Vegetarian – please connect with us in advance and share some of your fave recipes. We will do our best to accommodate!

• Extra reserve handle and reserve bag, just in case. Wing patch and line repair items. Don’t let a small, fixable issue make you miss a flying day

Please note that if you come on any of our tours, be aware of risks of travel to Mexico (encompassing economic, safety and transportation issues that can be associated with traveling in a developing country). Please make sure you educate yourself fully on all the possibilities and have insurance and plans in place. We will be doing what we can to make the trip a great experience, but cannot protect you from all possibilities.

Please be responsible for your own plans, property, flying and transportation alternatives with appropriate travel and health insurance insurance. We do not recommend traveling if you are in any elevated health risk group, or if you can not take personal responsibility for yourself and your personal decisions. if you book, you accept these risks.

Please be aware that although there are no current requirements for quarantine to enter Mexico. For your own safety and others, we recommend you are fully vaccinated to participate in our tours.
